Joy Ride Express Inc. was founded by Dale & Charli Evans with a vision to be a Prison transportation service in the state of Illinois. Our uniqueness of combining our profit with a non - profit business to create a bridge specifically toward our customers, relatives / friends that are coming from the prison institutions back into our communities.
